Bob knows very well the healing power of the Rosary and felt that this very special Rosary should be sent to the NYPD. Bob was not sure how the Rosary would be used or where it would end up, but he was confident that it would fall into good hands. Bob asked his friend to make him one and he sent it to the NYPD.
